Working with Dina was great. She's been so patient with us through the years as we went back and forth on whether to sell our house. Finally crossed the goal line with her. Would highly recommend her!

At my age of 82, I needed a lot of help with my sale. Confusing terms and online technology was a challenge. Dina was always available to help me through the next process. As a result, we are friends — with lots in common.

My listing agent for the single family house in Springfield I just sold was Dina Gorrell. I explained to her that I'd be moving to North Carolina in mid-December, that I'd be having improvements made to the home prior to putting it on the market (most of which she recommended in our initial consultation in October), and that I'd need her to make frequent visits to the house after I move out. Because I would be out of state while the inside work was happening and thereafter, I needed her to go to the house to do many of the tasks that I would normally do if I were still there. When we determined that further miscellaneous work was necessary after my general contractor fulfilled his contractual obligations, Dina found a capable handyman to tackle those tasks. This was all in addition to her normal responsibilites as a listing agent. Here we are on February 13, 2026. My house closed today for $21K over list price. Many thanks to Dina (and the Redfin team) for facilitating the sale of my Springfield house. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house in Northern Virginia.
